We’re so excited to welcome you to Her Village Socials! Our programs and events are designed to connect moms, create community, and provide fun, supportive experiences. To keep everything running smoothly and safely, please review the following terms:
1. Supervision & Responsibility
Parents/guardians are responsible for the care and supervision of their own children at all times during Her Village events.
Her Village Socials organizes and facilitates gatherings, but we are not a childcare provider.
2. Health & Wellness
Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell or contagious.
Some events may include light physical or wellness activities. By attending, you confirm that you and your child are physically able to participate safely. Always choose activities within your comfort level.
3. Safety & Participation
Participation in all activities is voluntary. Parents are expected to use their judgment when engaging themselves or their children in programs.
Her Village Socials is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items during events.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
If Her Village Socials cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, venue changes, or low registration), participants will be notified and offered a reschedule or credit.
Refunds for missed events are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Photos & Media
We may capture photos or short videos for promotional purposes (social media, website, or print). If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let us know at check-in.
6. Respect & Community
We strive to create a positive, inclusive environment. Disrespectful or unsafe behavior may result in removal from events without refund.
